We aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday within 24hrs of the order being placed. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or during weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays; Nigeria and UK.

We offer delivery and fair shipping rates to all West African countries. Carriage will be calculated on an order by order basis, we will call you to confirm when you order has been processed.
Returns
If you change your mind or an item is faulty, you may return your order for an exchange or full refund including the delivery charge within 2 days with proof of postage or direct return to any of our branches. See our Contacts.
Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels, seals and tags still attached. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned unless faulty, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. The following items are non-returnable unless in their original packaging and unused:
- Most Sex toys
- Supplements
- Under garments
- Other goods that by reason of their nature can’t be returned.
We aim to refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 10 days from receipt of the return at our Head Office for the refund to reach your account.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to offer a free return service to our International customers. You will need to return your item/s at your own cost.
