Who We Are

Splendourz Group is a Sales and Services Company that is all about wellbeing enhancement of its Customers and clients. We differentiate ourselves in the Commercial region by making available an ever improving quality shopping experience, providing outstanding services, innovation and fashionably thought leadership. To monitor our progress and encourage candid collaboration with our customers and clients, we established a program called ‘Excellence Service Program’ (ESP).  The ESP is a special routine staff meeting held once in every six months in the conference room. It is one were the staff relay all their personal complains and ideas, all customer complaints and suggestions, and also make useful criticism on the Firm. We are hoping that it will be instrumental to our success in cultivating, serving and maintaining long-term business relationships with our public.

Our History

Splendourz was established in September 2005. It started as a Boot Sale Business to an outlet of friends, colleagues, business offices and other numerous places until demands became more than the boot could contain and my home began to be busy. Then the need to rent a shop became imperative and so we sought and found the loveliest place in town which is our current address located in the heart of Port Harcourt at 68A Woji Road, GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Our utmost priority is to ensure that we attract and maintain our Customers; therefore we are very much Customer Oriented. As stated above, we have a scheme called Excellence Service Program (ESP) and its tasks are to identify our Customers, figure out their needs and what drives them and then design strategies on how to supply these needs according to their various requests and pattern with mutual benefits. The program also applies a compensation policy for dissatisfied Customers and Clients. In today’s Business, standardization and repeat orders from our Customers is our key to success, plus our main focus is Reliability and building Customers confidence so as for them to always

shop with us. Our trained Management and Staff are dedicated to providing the highest standard of Product outlet and efficient services. In Nigeria, Branded products and styles are rapidly expanding in the commercial sector; therefore we make it our duty to identify and understand them in order to be able to impact these knowledge and further directions unto our Valued Customers, as well as have them available.

As a customer oriented Firm, we make it one of our priorities to always listen to our customers and colleagues and then look into our firm to understand what is likely to be in the way of our delivery and services to customers and clients. Our Team

The Firm is committed to high standards of corporate management in its business. This section provides a view of the management structure and span of control. It has a corporate responsibility of monitoring each division’s Task and Target. There is a clear differentiation of each Division, their Management and Functions. The Linehead of each Division reports weekly to the Manager and attends the general Management meeting every three months. Each Linehead is considered independent and they all bring to the board their wide and varied experience and ideas for deliberations.

The entire Splendourz work force will be speculated at about 85 employees of diverse professional status and ethnicity.
