From the University of Port Harcourt he has a B.Sc. Degree in Bio-Chemistry and a Diploma in Computer Applications from CLO Computer Associates in 2003. Within 2000 and 2003 he was with the Port Harcourt City Council as one of the PAs to the Mayor. Also, in PDP National Secretariat Abuja, he worked as a PA to the Chief Liaison Officer to the National Assembly in 2004 to 2006.
